With a cup of matcha in hand, I can do anything! And everything. Whether that’s living my best mom-life for a day at the lake with my two littles, or orchestrating the perfect casually elegant reception for your nearest and dearest.
Behind the scenes at Solau Weddings & Events, it’s me working on every detail thoughtfully, with you two in mind. Both to simplify planning, offer guidance on design details, etiquette, logistics and more. I can’t make it entirely stress free—sorry, there will still be budgeting, family dynamics to manage and Mother Nature—but you can certainly relax knowing I’m on your side ready to navigate it all along with you.

With endless inspiration at your fingertips, narrowing down a design that feels timeless, cohesive, and authentically yours can feel overwhelming. Add in sourcing the right florists, rental companies, stationery designers, and décor professionals, and it’s easy to get lost in the details. This add-on is for couples who feel confident managing their planning but want a trusted professional to shape their creative vision, bring purpose to each design decision, and ensure it all comes together beautifully. Together, we’ll create a thoughtful design roadmap, and I’ll oversee the details on your wedding day—from coordinating with your design vendors to ensuring styling and décor are placed as planned. Note: Wedding Design is available exclusively as an add-on to the Event Management package and cannot be booked as a standalone service.

Event Management
perfect for the couple wanting the driver’s seat
Often referred to as "Month-Of Coordination", Event Management offers a lot more help and guidance throughout your planning processes, rather than teaming up just six to eight weeks ahead of your wedding day. This service is a great fit for couples who want to take the lead in planning but know they could use a bit of ongoing support and expertise to stay on track. Of course, you'll have me taking care of all the details on the actual day. Wedding planning is stressful but I'll make you feel more confident and relaxed from start to finish.
